Aitomate is the idea of Carst Hartkamp, born from his passion for automation and innovative technologies. With a Bachelor of Science in Automotive and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, Carst has built a strong theoretical foundation. This combination enables him to develop systems that are not only substantiated, but also well-considered.

With theoretical knowledge from his studies and practical experience at various machine builders and in managerial, process-based operational roles, Carst felt it was time for a new challenge. He saw an opportunity in the fast-growing world of industrial automation. Developments in this sector are happening very quickly, and it is essential for SMEs to grow along with it to strengthen their competitive position. With the increasing labor shortage, the demand for automation will only increase.

In his career, Carst has learned that automation does not necessarily have to be a major investment.
